Born from a love of Asian baking
The Taekery started with a craving for the kinds of food that feel like home. Japanese shokupan, Taiwanese sweet rolls, the fragrant pastries of Southeast Asia. Flavors that hold warmth long after they cool. What began as weekend experiments in a home kitchen grew into something worth sharing.
We bake for neighbors who want something made with real intention. Not mass produced, not rushed. Just good ingredients handled with care and shaped into treats that make an ordinary morning feel a little more special.
